Camilla Harder Hartvig resigns from Danish Crown’s board of directors

After three years as a board member in Danish Crown A/S, Camilla Harder Hartvig has decided to step down to focus on other tasks and board positions. A successor has been appointed.

Camilla Harder Hartvig joined Danish Crown’s board of directors in 2021 and has since contributed to the increased internationalisation of the company. Recently, she has joined two boards within women's health and wishes to dedicate more attention to these roles.

- It has been exciting to be part of such a historic and important Danish food company for three years. I am deeply grateful to the chairman, the rest of the board, and the management for inviting me into this exciting and challenging world, and I will always look back on these three years as highly insightful and educational, says Camilla Harder Hartvig.

In light of Camilla’s decision, Danish Crown has already conducted a thorough process to identify the right successor. This individual will assume the role in November and will be announced in the autumn.

The company's board of directors currently consists of six democratically elected shareholders, three employee representatives, and four external board members from relevant leadership positions in Denmark.
