Mads Nipper to resign from the Danish Crown board

February 16, 2022

After more than six years being a member of the Danish Crown A/S board Mads Nipper, CEO of Ørsted, has well in advance announced that he will resign from his position by the end of this financial year this autumn.

He was also for four years a member of the Danish Crown Foods’ board from 2013-2016.

- Mads has been an immense asset to Danish Crown and he has contributed to the board work with his acumen in market conditions, international business, marketing and not least in the sustainability area. I would like to thank Mads for his tremendous efforts, says Erik Bredholt.

-I have very much enjoyed being part of Danish Crown’s journey for the past years where the company has grown much stronger and more sustainable. I thank management and my fellow board members for our great co-operation, says Mads Nipper.

Search for a replacement of Mads Nipper will start this summer.
