Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you. If you want to exercise your rights, then please fill out the request form below.
Fields marked with * are mandatory. The mandatory fields are used to identify your identity and to contact you for further information if the scope of your request is unclear or does not provide sufficient information for us to conduct a search or identification.
If the information you requested reveals personal data about a third party, we will either seek that individual’s consent before responding to your request, or we will redact third parties’ personal data before responding.
Privacy notice
Data Controller
Each of the companies (hereafter referred to as “Danish Crown”) to whom you have selected to submit your request will act in the capacity of a data controller and accordingly be independently responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with this privacy notice. Kindly note that Danish Crown is granted one calendar month (as of the receipt of your request) to accommodate your inquiry, cf. recital 59 of the GDPR. The allowed time period can be prolonged by further two months provided your access request is particularly complex or time consuming for Danish Crown to expedite.
Purpose and legal basis
We will begin processing your access request as soon as we have verified your identity and have all of the information, we need to locate your personal data. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of handling your access request (GDPR art. 6 (1) c).
Storage
Your personal data, which were collected in processing your request, will be kept by us for up to six months since your last contact with us. Copies of identity verification documents and the like will be destroyed after we have verified your identity.
Recipients
In relation to your requests, your data may be shared with other group entities or third parties e.g. payroll administrator if necessary, to comply with your request. As your personal data will be stored on our IT infrastructure it will also be shared with our data processors who provide email, and document management and storage services
