Our level of sample testing is significantly higher than that required by EU legislation. We do tests for Salmonella, E. coli and Total Viable Count, as well as the standard tests for residues according to EU regulation, (pesticides, antibiotic and chemotherapeutical, heavy metals and hormones).

A radio chip containing an identity number is assigned to each animal which gives us full traceability. We control the entire supply-chain process from start to finish, including; ownership and management of the farms themselves, the design of the production plants, the equipment and machinery used at each stage and we have full records for each of our animals, so we can trace back your meat to the exact batch.
