Through our specialist Toppings division we are also able to offer a wide range of pizza toppings.

Our toppings make it on to millions of pizzas every year. They are supplied to both large international chains as well as small individual stores through distributers.

We have a large range of products that can be used on both traditional Italian inspired pizzas as well as an American Deep pan pizza – ranging from fermented products such as salami and pepperoni, to Tender Beef and Tender Pork products. The most popular products from the range are pepperoni, luxury and standard ham stamps, and spicy beef chunks.

There is also a wide range of Halal pizza toppings available, such as Halal pepperoni, which is made from Halal-certified beef and chicken.

We pay special attention to our pepperoni process, with a facility in Denmark dedicated purely to making this product. All of our varieties of pepperoni are filled in fibrous casings, which allows smoke to permeate through the casing and permits moisture to be lost during drying. After the casings have been filled, the pepperonis are hung on racks and transferred to the smoker. Here, the temperature is slowly raised to around 26°C, with an air humidity around 95%. Then the pepperoni is cold-smoked over beechwood chips in the smoker. After this, the pepperoni is transferred to our climate room, where it hangs for two to three weeks. The products are inspected every day to check for the right consistency before they are finally sliced, cubed or packed as sticks.

Slow-Cooked & Canned

If convenience is what you’re looking for, we also supply a range of cooked and canned products. This will save your chefs time and energy on preparation, and could also boost margins on menus.

We have a variety of cooked products, including cooked bacon, succulent cooked pulled pork, cooked ribs that fall off the bone, and cooked brisket.

Our special slow-cooking process helps preserve the flavour and aroma of meat and spices. Our slow-cooked product range includes:
