Our gammon range includes horseshoe, slipper, corner and converter gammons, gammon shanks and more! Some of the new product developments we've recently added to our succulent gammon selection include a sweet, maple-cured crackling joint, and a premium single-muscle topside steak that's both rindless and incredibly lean. What's more, we create smoked gammon products at our in-house smoking facility, using slowly-smouldered beechwood for a natural taste.
